how to get this rust coloring line off metal part inside of vintage fridge?
i just bought a white vintage fridge westinghouse model from the late 40s or 50s, pretty on the outside but inside it has a a line of brownish/rust color going across the bottom where door meets, when you open/close it. how can I remove this? there is a little on some of the metal shelving unit too. also the top freezer compartment is no longer bright white like the outside of the fridge or when it was new; more of a dull white -- possible to make that part look new again the DIY way? ty.
u can wipe the rust easily by white vinegar and alcohol!
