How do I make an old HBO cable filter?
I used to have one, have seen guys that made one from tin foil. I want to get hbo on my basic cable package. They still b cast hbo on the basic package but dont advertise nor install filters for it.
There was a time when cable companies put HBO on their cable and installed filters to prevent to HBO frequency from reaching a house. Generally, now they scramble the signal so that you need a cable box to unscramble it.
