Well like others said use ice beam on garachomp that will kill easily and for u to go first obtain the quick claw it is in jublife city. head north and the building on the rite of jublife tv station the place where u can get lottry tickets. Go into that building and there should be a girl with blonde hair and a pachirisu next to her she will give u a quick claw. Then just put that on empoleon and KO that garachomp. And if u sold or lost ur quick claw u could always trade with me for it
