Oil Oiling

What is the best oil to deep fry chicken in?

I have vegetable oil, canola oil, and peanut oil. I'm not real sure about the difference. I usually use canola oil to deep fry with. But I have peanut oil left over from Fondue Night. I'd like to get that used up.... Any suggestions? ) TY!
I decided to use the Peanut Oil and it turned out wonderful! Not very greasy at all!!! I do think I many continue to use this to fry my chicken in. Thank for ya'lls replies!

If you try peanut oil, you will stay with peanut oil..
