Plastic Metal

Is this cheese to wear plastic frames metal duo who have thick lens in spite of them being high-index?
the temples are thick plastic and metal is the front of the image .... the metal will not hide the thickness of the lens, even if I get a high index lens 167 .... I'm better gett a fully plastic? I do not even think that executives hid the thin plastic the thickness of my lens ... Also, I am concerned about the comfort that most men are.
If you have the opportunity to try each selection of what is best for you except that I would go with the metal
