Gas Road

Every time I fill my gas tank in 2008 Malibu about 5-20 miles on the road my cap gas lamp box is o?
The gauge drops to 3 / 4 tank, then the light comes on. I took it at once and the dealer said that the cap was loose. No matter how many times I shake light of the CAP of gas is still on, but it does not come back until I filled my tank again. Does anyone ever had this problem?
Replace the cap if it does not remain sealed
