Backlit keyboard dead?
I have a studio 1737, with the backlit keyboard, and one day the backlit keyboard just died right in front of me. The lights just went off. When I went to windows mobility center, i found that dell could not detect the backlit keyboard, and the QuickSet option for it stopped working, even if i reinstalled QuickSet. Is the driver for the keyboard gone or something, and if it is, can i reinstall it somehow?
Send it in to Dell, that is a ridiculous epic fail on the part of Dell. They need to step up their quality...
