Would the firefighting methods like oil rigs put out by RED ADAIR to blow out the fire fronts in remote areas?

Red Adair's team put out the Kuwaiti fires after Saddam Hussein's invasion. International Fire World website,
John Wayne played his life story in a movie. 1960's?
Also Canadian forrest fire methods and they have fire watch towers!
Another firefighter dies. Could the Defence forces get in and put these 'breakaway' fires out while the weather holds ie, cooler? Dropping a line of running explosives in front of the fire, to blow-out air to raise the dust and thereby saving water scrubland animals and further deaths?
I am not suggesting Saturday 8th of Feb could have been avoided... but after a week of scrub fires in unaccessable areas of the Victorian highlands, surely this could end much of the fires?

Kuwaiti fires were oil riges not a raging bush they used explosions to
take the oxygen away and then capped the pipe while they flames out
no expolish would be a bad idea and would not do a thing
