Should I take my Jeep to Pep BOys or Midas for brake service?
My jeep shakes when I press the brakes, I need tot take it in, I would love to do it myself but my wife doesn't trust my brake fixing ability. Should I take it to Pep Boys or Midas?
Neither, find a local shop and get to know them. As for shaking, your rotors are warped and all you need is to have them resurfaced. Replace the pads at that time and properly torque the wheels and this wont happen again. If the wheels are aluminum, torque them to 90 ft lbs.
