What is the difference between semi-synthetic Motor Oil?
and regular motor oil? Is it worth the extra $ 15 semi synthetic? I live in the wilderness and most of the year it is about 100 outside. A car has 30K and Other 50K miles Few stop and go traffic very. The roads are dirtier, in any regular town I average about 10 km per year Thanks for your help.
Of all the oil tank labels I've read, I've never seen where it is indicated the percentage synthetic oil actually in a semi-synthetic oil. Could it be 50% or as little as 5%? Who knows? It gives me no information to consumers to decide which is better for me than a claim to be better than regular oil. Watch sales and stocks a complete synthesis. Typically WalMart was selling synthetic oil in the $ 15 less on what oil sells motor plain.
