How much would u be willing to pay for this device?

So, now that i got a ds, i want to get rid of my gameboy color. The gameboy itself is in great condition, it works perfectly fine. Its transparent purple, has got a carrying case that is also in mint condition and in which u can play in, a little light that u can connect to it if it gets dark to light up the screen, and 3 games:

LEGO Racers, MIB 2, and anoher racing game.....How much do u think it would b worth? I already know of someone who wants to buy it, but I dont know how much its worth.
